Good stay in a prime location. Overall experience was positive, but there’s room for improvement. Since the place has cold weather, it’s essential to have hot water available at all times. Unfortunately, around 80% of the time, the geyser/hot water was not functioning

I had my doubts when I booked this one looking at reviews but to my surprise it was not that bad looking at price, also we only stayed overnight and had breakfast in the morning and checked out due to tight schedule Pros: 1. Budget friendly. 2. Best place to spend night and have breakfast and checkout in morning. 3. We had issue with AC in our room, they got our room changed where it was working. Cons: 1. AC may not work as expected but still manageable. 2. You need to call in advance at reception to use hot water :) 3. Breakfast could have been better

Much more than expected. Very good food. Everything thing including shaving kit Dental kit etc. was provided. Enjoyed the stay.

I want to take a moment to share my feedback on our recent family visit to the Hotel Arcadia in Alleppey. Regrettably, our experience did not live up to the expectations we had hoped for. While it’s difficult for me to give a low rating, I believe it’s crucial to provide constructive feedback that could assist the management in improving aspects highlighted in earlier customer reviews. One significant concern was the quality of the food served during our stay. The dishes we ordered lacked the freshness and flavor we anticipated, leaving us quite disappointed. Additionally, the level of service we received did not meet the standards we expected from a hotel of this caliber. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not as attentive as we had hoped, which further impacted our overall experience. I sincerely hope that sharing these insights can help enhance future guests' experiences at the hotel.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the food was really good and we enjoyed the meals. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort — the air conditioner was not working properly and there was leakage, the kettle in the room was not working, and we experienced power cuts three times during the night. Additionally, Wi-Fi was not provided, which was quite disappointing.
